I was assigned the task of redesigning the Rooster Teeth sign-up flow and to increase visibility into their "sponsorship" feature. I worked together with Dana Wood to define the different use cases and to simplify the overall experience. The biggest challenge is that RT offers 3 account levels: Guest, Basic Member and Sponsor. Which at times was confusing to the user, who often was unaware that they either had a preexisting basic account without knowing about it and upgrading was confusing and unclear. Also, the app never allowed for sign in / sign up after downloading the app (which we created in screen 1) so users were just thrown into a "Guest" level experience. Below are some of the key screens / styles I designed since the turn around for this project was roughly 1-2 weeks including development.
